1. Services Offered
- Cloud-based ERP software on a wallet-recharge model — no subscription, no contract, no per-seat billing
- Recharge packs: Test (Rs.499 / 24-hour trial), Micro (Rs.999), Small (Rs.4,999), Enterprise (Rs.9,999), Custom (Rs.50,000+)
- Daily charges deducted from wallet based on active user logins × designation rate (Rs.28–Rs.130 per user per day after volume discount)
- Implementation support and training via WhatsApp and Email
2. Payment Terms
- All payments via Razorpay — UPI, Cards, Net Banking, EMI accepted
- Wallet recharges are prepaid and one-time — you choose when to top up
- No auto-debit. No recurring charges. You stay in control.
- Prices exclude GST — applicable GST (18%) added at checkout
- 30-day advance notice for any change to designation daily rates
- Holiday / sick leave / business pause = zero deducted (charge only on active logins)
3. Wallet Behaviour
- When wallet balance reaches Rs.0, all logins are blocked until next recharge
- Your data remains safe and untouched during blocked period — recharge restores full access instantly
- Low-balance alerts sent via email + WhatsApp before lockout
- No grace period or negative balance — clean wallet model
4. Refund Policy
All wallet recharges are non-refundable. Use the Rs.499 Test Trial before committing to a full recharge.
